Texans Cruise Past Browns

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Quarterback Brian Hoyer made all of the dropbacks for the Browns in their 23-7 loss to the Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon at FirstEnergy Stadium. Hoyer went 20-of-50 for 330 yards and one touchdown. He was intercepted once
