Scandal Review: “Run”

One week from its first head-to-head showdown with NBC's “The Blacklist,” ABC's drama heavyweight “Scandal” looked very strong in its return Thursday, teaming with “TGIT” skedmates “Grey's Anatomy” and “How to Get Away With Murder” to lift the Alphabet
