Fox's buzzy hospital drama is bringing in a new boss. Singer-actress Mandy Moore has booked a major recurring guest role on Red Band Society, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Due to the popularity of dead-or-dying teens across this great nation of ours lately, and an aggressive marketing strategy, Fox's new show (Wednesdays, 9/8c.) seems poised for success.

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority is pulling ads for the new Fox television show "Red Band Society" from nearly 200 buses amid complaints they are racist and offensive to women. The ads show cast members in front of a wall
