Cherry Bomb marks Tyler's fourth album to date and the follow-up to 2013's Wolf. Spanning 13 tracks, it includes the previously revealed singles “Deathcamp” and “Fucking Young”, a Kanye West and Lil Wayne collaboration 

In addition to sharing the release date, Monday, April 13, Tyler also unveiled the album art for the project, which is titled Cherry Bomb. The album cover features a caricature drawing of the rapper with what appears to be a cherry in place of his head.
