Powdered Alcohol 'Palcohol' Sounds Like An Accident Waiting To Happen

(PIX11) – It's a controversial substance that is now legal in the U.S., but that is by no means ending the controversy over Palcohol — alcohol in powdered form. On Wednesday, the federal Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau 

The product, called Palcohol, had received the greenlight from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau briefly last year before the bureau backtracked and said the label approvals had been given in error.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Soon you can get your hands on some Palcohol — or powdered alcohol, for those who don't know. The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has approved Palcohol for sale. However 

America's first powdered alcohol has been approved. Again. The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has given the greenlight to Palcohol, a powdered alcohol that you mix with water to make, well, liquid 

According to "Palcohol's" website the powdered product will come in a 4'' by 6 " pouch, and that adding six ounces of liquid to it will create a "standard mixed drink." In a YouTube video the creator of "Palcohol" Mark Phillips says snorting a pouch of
