A New Hampshire jury has returned with a mixed verdict in the trial of Owen Labrie, charged with raping a 15-year-old classmate at the elite St. Paul's School. Labrie was convicted of one count of misdemeanor sexual assault, 

Owen Labrie, a former New Hampshire prep school senior, was found not guilty of raping a 15-year-old freshman, but guilty of lesser charges, including misdemeanor sexual assault. Labrie broke down in tears as the judge read out one of the guilty charges.
