In Super Bowl Commercials, Puppy Is a Winner

Before we get to the list, what was so different about the ad parade of Super Bowl XLIX was the bounty that came long before — a steady stream of teases, in lieu of pre-released ads, that hinted at something great or, at the very least, watchable. But

Doran Racing wasn't alone in representing Greater Cincinnati in the Super Bowl commercials. Cincinnati Bell's advertisement featured small business owner Sarah Brown at her Kenwood hair salon and Procter & Gamble's "Like a Girl" commercial got second 

Whether a reaction to a terrible year for humanity or an attempt to convince the public that corporations can have feelings too, one thing is clear: American companies had on their “serious” hats while brainstorming 2015′s Super Bowl commercials.

Because the Super Bowl commercials were, with few exceptions, the most uninspired lot of ads I can recall. And more importantly, many will likely fail to resonate (and thereby create) potential new consumers for those products. The winning formula
