Daylight Savings Time 2015: When is It and Why are Lawmakers Trying to Lose It?

While the clocks will turn to 'spring time', it seems the weather won't get the memo spring is approaching any time soon: the National Weather Service is currently projecting 1-2 inches of snow to fall across the island Sunday night into Monday morning.
