Cops know gunman in fatal, Penn Station, shooting, release picture of accomplice

An argument at a McDonald's in midtown Manhattan was believed to have led to a triple shooting near Penn Station that left one person dead and two others injured, according to KTLA sister station WPIX. The incident began

– Authorities say one person was killed and two others wounded in a shooting just north of Manhattan's Penn Station early on Nov. 9. Police are blocking off one of the entrances near the intersection of 35th and 8th Avenue in New York. () 

One victim – identified as 43-year-old Angel Quinones – was shot in the head after he and two other males made their way through Penn Station. Authorities said a second man was shot in the neck and stomach while the third individual was shot in the leg.
